Pre-launch technical and legal review

Controller and contact

Etronix Power is a business project in the process of incorporation. The controller during this stage is Francesco Fegatelli. For contact and privacy requests, write to info@etronixpower.com. The website at etronixpower.com is not presented as a company already incorporated.

Data collected and required fields

The contact form collects name, email address, area of interest and message. Company name is optional. The system also records language, submission date, a request reference, acknowledgement of this notice and notification status. Required fields are marked with an asterisk: without them, the form cannot submit the enquiry. Please do not provide sensitive personal data or confidential technical information.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is used to evaluate and respond to technical enquiries, possible projects and partnership discussions. Where the enquiry concerns pre-contractual steps requested by the individual, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For professional enquiries made on behalf of an organisation and other business correspondence, the basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in handling communications and assessing collaboration opportunities, under Article 6(1)(f). The same basis applies to proportionate technical security and abuse-prevention measures. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or automated marketing; acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing.

Handling enquiries and recipients

Enquiries are stored in the project’s managed database and accessed only by authorised people involved in handling the contact. A notification may be sent to the project owner through Manus. No external automatic business-email delivery service is currently configured. Form submissions are not published on the website. The form uses validation, duplicate-submission protection and rate limiting; it does not profile visitors or make automated decisions about eligibility for a partnership or service.

Technical services and international transfers

The site uses Manus for hosting, project storage and form processing. Its public Data Processing Addendum identifies Butterfly Effect Pte. Ltd. in Singapore as the provider acting as processor/data importer, subject to the actual agreement and roles. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts: the browser sends technical requests to Google, including an IP address and HTTP headers. These services may involve processing outside the EEA. Manus’s public DPA provides applicable transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where the conditions apply; the specific agreement, deployment settings and effective safeguards must be checked before launch. No claim is made that all data remains in the EEA.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted, except where longer retention is necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend rights. If the enquiry leads to a contractual project, relevant information is retained under the applicable contractual and legal requirements. Retention must be managed consistently with this policy.

Your rights

Where the GDPR conditions apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to info@etronixpower.com; you may also use the contact form, selecting ‘Other’ and identifying the message as a privacy request. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Any consent-based activity would allow withdrawal without affecting earlier lawful processing; this form does not request marketing consent.

Technical operation and incorporation

Website analytics and the Manus badge are disabled in the current project configuration; platform and infrastructure logs may still be processed for technical operation and security. Language selection does not require a tracking cookie. Google states that its Fonts API does not set cookies or use the collected information for targeted advertising. Once the company is incorporated and actually takes responsibility for processing, the notice and handling arrangements must be updated to reflect that change.
